How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. You can also view real-time status updates directly within your Beaklet account dashboard under the “Recent Activity” section.
What is the Beaklet 30-day satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to love your curation. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied within the first 30 days, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund. Simply initiate a return via our portal, and we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Which nib should I choose?
EF and F suit small, precise handwriting and everyday notes. M is the classic all-rounder with a wetter, more expressive line. B and STI give broad, characterful strokes for signatures and headers. If you are unsure, start with F.
What ink does the pen use, and can I refill it?
Every pen ships with a starter cartridge set in its city colour. It accepts standard international cartridges, and a converter for bottled ink fits all nine editions. Refills are available from any good pen shop.
